Murder of father – Motive established as accused having grudges against his father with regard to agricultural fields where the accused had gone at night where deceased had gone at night – Evidence of witness who is owner of adjacent field establishes presence of accused in agricultural fields – No explanation given by accused with regard to presence of blood on his clothes – recovery was at his instance – Conduct of accused in absconding till he was arrested and abstaining during funeral rites of his father, contrary to normal human conduct therefore additional incriminating factor against accused – Hence,conviction and sentence upheld.
