Indian Penal Code,1860, Section 364A – Kidnapping – Appeal against acquittal- High Court upheld conviction of three main accused and acquitted all others – Overt act only attributed to three main accused by victim- so far as other accused are concerned they were only found playing cards near Railway Station and there was no evidence against them as to their role in kidnapping or were part of conspiracy to kidnap – View taken by High Court plausible view and cannot be said to be suffering from any serious infirmity.
