CrPc, 1973, Section 389 – Suspension of sentence – Sentence needs to be suspended on ground of parity – Directions that accused be released on bail subject to depositing entire fine amount and on furnishing a personal bond to tune of L 50,000/- with two solvent sureties of like amount to satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate – accused shall also appear before Registry of the High Court on last working day of every month.
